At VERORA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


7-Day Return Window (U.S. Orders)

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with labels intact

For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return window begins once all items have been delivered.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@veroraofficial.com within the 7-day window.

Once your request is approved:

  • You must ship the item back within 7 days of approval

  • Return instructions and address will be provided


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no cost to you.


Important Return Conditions

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may:

  • Be declined, or

  • Be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie / Intimates

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Beauty products


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).
